26 days ago, on March 28, 2020 at 8am, a single email appeared in my inbox. This simple moment initiated a series of actions that galvanized the ski and action sport worlds into a focused, global effort to bring protective eye wear to health care workers practicing 'battlefield medicine' in the war against the coronavirus.

Our organization has worked tirelessly and selflessly, and is made up of individuals from across the globe. Our team has worked to vet over 550 hospital requests from facilities located in all 50 states, including several Native American reservations and Puerto Rico, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and France. Our volunteers have created and managed 277 drop box locations 35 states and 5 five countries for thousands of donors to utilize. Thousands of individuals and dozens of companies have committed their gear and inventory to directly support our caregivers.

Amazingly, our volunteers have put 35,000 goggles in the hands of front line health care workers. More importantly, they have provided hope, connection, and safety to those that need it most.
