We are now closed for the winter season.
Well…that’s a wrap on the 2023-2024 Winter Season. It ended a bit abruptly with a power outage part way through our last day of operations. We are so sorry about the inconvenience and if you had purchased a ticket you can reach out to our customer service office this week for a refund.
We want to thank each and every guest who came to our mountain this winter. The skiing and riding community never ceases to amaze us. It’s no secret that there were some bumps in the road due to the lack of help from Mother Nature, but even on those rough days where the conditions may not have been perfect and the weather was far from “wintry,” you all showed us that when skiing or riding, there is always fun to be had!
We also want to give a huge thank you to our snowmaking and grooming teams for their enduring efforts to keep the season alive, especially through the rough patches. Even though this was one of the warmest winters in memory with a minimal amount of natural snow, we had more terrain open than we’ve had in recent years.
It truly takes a team to operate a ski mountain and we want to thank the members of every other department on the mountain - it is through the efforts of each and every person that we are able to do what we do.
We’re already looking forward to next winter - as well as getting ready for an awesome spring, summer, and fall of activities and events.
Once again, thank you all for your passion and enthusiasm for the mountain we call home. It’s your love of Catamount that keeps us going!
See you soon,
Your friends at Catamount Mountain Resort
