INDY PASS RESERVATIONS

Welcome to the Indy Revolution

In an effort to keep our lift lines and slopes less crowded and ensure that Indy Pass holders can get a lift ticket on busy days, we are now requiring advance reservations. The process is simple and will save you time at the ticket window.

Thank you for your understanding and support of Indy Pass, Catamount, and independent ski areas.

Reservation Process

Step 1

Click the button below to go to our online ticketing portal.

Step 2

There are two products to choose from. Choose which one pertains to you.

First Visit This Season: Choose this if this will be your first Indy Pass visit to Catamount this season. There you can log on if you have an account (or RFID card) with us or create an account if you've never skied with us before. You will enter your information and choose a date for your visit.

Second Visit This Season: Choose this if this will be your second Indy Pass visit to Catamount this season. Login and select your date.

Step 3

Visit the ticket window upon arrival at Catamount. Here you will confirm your Indy Pass status and get your RFID card activated for the day.

Please note that you must visit a ticket window or customer service upon arrival to check-in. The Indy Pass RFID cards that were sent out this year are not direct-to-lift compatible with our RFID gates, so you will need to purchase or reload a Catamount RFID card.

Indy Pass FAQ's

Do I need to make a reservation for my Indy Pass Visit?

Yes, reservations are required for all Indy Pass visits. Indy Pass reservations can be made up to and including day-of visit. If you do not make a reservation, you may be unable to get a ticket when you arrive, depending on capacity and demand on that day. Making a reservation ensures that Indy Pass holders can get a lift ticket on busy days, especially weekends and holidays. It also speeds up your check-in time at the ticket window.

Can I go directly to the lift with my Indy Pass RFID card when I arrive?

No you cannot. The Indy Pass RFID cards that were sent out this year are not direct-to-lift compatible at Catamount. All Indy Pass holders need to check-in at a ticket window or customer service before heading to the lift to either purchase or reload a Catamount RFID card*. Please have your Indy Pass card or a valid government issued photo ID with you.

*Catamount RFID cards are reloadable, so remember to bring your card from a previous trip - if you have never been or do not have your card from last time, you will need to purchase one for $5.

Are there blackout dates for Indy Pass holders?

Catamount has no black out dates for Indy Pass Holders for the 2023-2024 season. You may vist any operating day of the 2023-2024 winter season. Please make a reservation ahead of time to ensure access - capacity may be limited on busy weekend/holiday dates.

Please note that our sister resort, Berkshire East, does have black out dates on Indy Passes - visit their website to learn more.

Where do I go when I get to the resort?

All Indy Pass holders must check-in at a ticket window or our customer service desk. Please have either your Indy Pass card or a photo ID with you and if you have visited us before, bring your Catamount/Berkshire East RFID card with you so we can reload it.

If you do not have a Catamount/Berkshire East RFID card, you will need to purchase one for $5.

Do I need a Catamount RFID card or can I just use my Indy Pass RFID card?

Indy Pass RFID cards are not compatible with our system (ticketing software or lift access gates), so you will need to visit the ticket window upon arrival to get a Catamount RFID card. If you have visited us in the past - please bring your previous RFID card with you and we can reload it. If you do not have one, you will need to purchase one for $5.
